Free Worldwide Shipping Policy
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Please note that a cancellation fee of 5% of the total order value may be applied if an order is cancelled after the processing has begun. This fee is to cover the cost of any processing, packing and handling that has been completed. We reserve the right to refuse any cancellation requests that are made after the 30 day period. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by weather or other natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for any shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We do our best to ensure that all shipments are packaged securely and all orders are shipped with a tracking number. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, however, most orders should arrive within 7-10 business days.
International orders may be subject to additional customs and duties fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of shipping. All orders are shipped via UPS and we offer standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping.

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
We ship via USPS and UPS. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase and will arrive within 3-5 business days depending on the shipping method selected. We offer free standard shipping to all orders within the US. We also offer expedited shipping options at an additional charge.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If your order is split into multiple packages, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. You can use the tracking number provided to track the whereabouts of each shipment. All packages should arrive to you within the time frame indicated at checkout.
We at BuyNXpress understand that during the holiday season, you may be more eager than usual to receive your packages. We are doing our best to process orders and deliver them as quickly and safely as possible.
Standard shipping times may take up to 3-5 business days after the order has been processed. If you have selected an express shipping option, the package will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been processed.
